About School

    The Training Department, the predecessor of the College of Continuing Education, was established in 1989, and was renamed as the College of Adult Education in February 2003. The College of Adult Education was renamed as the College of Continuing Education in June 2003. The College of Continuing Education is the centralized administration department of the universitys adult higher education and various kinds of training. The college establishes two departments: Office and Teach by Correspondence & Self-taught(co-work in the same location). There are 11 employees in the college, including 3 with senior professional title, 4 with intermediate professional title and 4 with junior professional title.

    The business of the College of Continuing Education is divided into 3 main parts: adult higher education, self-taught examination of higher education and various kinds of social training. Our university has 63 majors of adult higher education at present, including 26 majors for upgrade from junior college to university, 15 majors for senior middle school to self-taught undergraduate and 22 majors for senior middle school to junior college. There are 11,370 enrolled students in the college, including 9,095 adult higher education students and 2,275 students passing the self-taught examination of higher education.
